Marshall D. Teach, usually called Blackbeard, is one of the main antagonists in One Piece.


Blackbeard is unique because he possesses two Devil Fruit powers, something thought impossible in the One Piece world:
Yami Yami no Mi (Dark-Dark Fruit)
Controls darkness/gravity-like powers
Can nullify other Devil Fruit abilities through touch

Gura Gura no Mi (Tremor-Tremor Fruit)
Previously owned by Edward Newgate
Creates massive earthquakes and shockwaves
