About this island
Welcome to Code Black, a fast-paced PvP shooter set in the decaying halls of a long-abandoned hospital. Once a place of healing, now a battleground for survival.
Drop in solo or with a squad, observe the collapsed corridors, and haunted surgical theaters. Every corner holds danger — not just from enemies, but from the environment itself. Malfunctioning equipment, and collapsing ceilings aren’t just atmosphere — they’re threats.
Will you outgun your enemies — or outlast them in the shadows?battle
