Solo hide and seek is one of Japan's modern ghost stories and urban legends.
It's also called solo tag.
It spread on channel 2 around 2007.
In the ceremony, they take out the stuffing from the stuffed animal, put in rice and their own nails, and sew them together with red thread.
At 3 a.m., they declared “the first demon is ○○,” put the stuffed animal in a bathtub filled with water, turn off the lights in the house, and turn on the dust storm on the TV.
After counting for 10 seconds, they stab the stuffed animal, say “Next, △△ is a demon,” and hide in a place where salt water was placed.
At the end, salt water is poured over and “I won” is declared.
The stuffed animals used need to be burned.
