I've made a few changes to Monaco to hopefully help the matchmaking issues now that the map is listed in discover. New players should be able to join mid race to hopefully fill the empty lobbies, if you don't like that feature, you can always click tFormula Racing - Monaco (Map Update 16)

Publishing a much needed update to Monaco to hopefully help revive the map. Some of the major changes includes a second DRS zone to help overtaking, updated lighting settings for a realistic sunset, an upgraded grass texture, added a reboot van spawnFormula Racing - Monaco (Map Update 15)
