Best for quick warm-up, creative challenge tournament, or benchmark testing of your binds, sensitivity, etc. Or you can walk back from spawn and not start the challenge to just practice free building in zero delay environment.
Use Signal Remote Devices in your inventory to start (gold), destroy builds (green), spectate / restart (purple).
