Iron Lung is a short atmospheric horror game where you pilot a tiny submarine through a ocean of blood, on an alien moon, in a galaxy far away. Confined to a claustrophobic cockpit, you must navigate through the deepest trenches relying on a grainy map, proximity sensors, periscope and your sense of situational awareness.horror
