heck yeah, fourth track rescued from obscurity as Rocket Racing goes away. 
Hop in a car and go find the first checkpoint to start the race.  Hope you can make it through without falling off or crashing. 
No, for real.  Don't do that.  But if you do, you can respawn from the map.  If you've lost your car near the seaside village, if you respawn, you should pop back up near a replacement.
