Flakes Power Makes an Electrifying Entrance In the Fortnite Icon Series

Flakes Power is the next community creator to join the Fortnite Icon Series, bringing his electrifying energy to not only the Battle Royale Island, but beyond! Rotating in the Epic Pick’s Discover row, have fun with friends in different handpicked islands such as Flakes Deathrun 3.0!

Fortnite Flakes Power Icon Series

Flakes Power’s Icon Series Set will be available in the Item Shop starting Saturday, February 25, 2023, at 7 PM ET. Want to “shock” your friends and foes alike? On Thursday, February 23, compete in the Super Flakes Cup for the opportunity to unlock his Outfit and Back Bling before they drop in the Item Shop — plus a special Spray and Emoticon.

Flakes Power Outfit 

Not all heroes wear capes, some wear lightning bolts and a toon facade! The Flakes Power Outfit lands in the Item Shop on Saturday, February 25, 2023, at 7 PM ET.

In addition to the default Style, this Outfit includes the drawn-to-life Phantom Power Style. Use Flakes Power’s built-in Get Flakey Emote to switch between the two on the go! Also, light up the competition by turning on the Outfit’s glow in the Locker.


Flakes Power Back Bling and Pickaxe

The following Flakes Power accessories will be in the Shop, and will also include the Phantom Power alt Style:

  • Electro-Crest Back Bling: Let ‘em know who they are up against. (Included with the Flakes Power Outfit.)

  • Electric Crescents Pickaxe: Flakes’ ultra-modular pickaxe of choice.

Team Up in the Super Flakes Cup 

Sometimes even the greatest heroes need help — fetch your Duos partner for the Super Flakes Cup. Compete in this Duos Zero Build tournament on February 23 for the opportunity to be among the top point-earning players in your region, unlocking the Flakes Power Outfit, Electric Crescents Pickaxe, and Electro-Crest Back Bling before they hit the Item Shop. 

Also, for earning at least eight points in the tournament, you’ll unlock the Flakes Tag Spray, and for earning at least sixteen points, you’ll unlock the Hello! Hello! Emoticon!

Competitors can play up to ten matches within their region’s three-hour time window, and the specific event timing for each region can be found in the Compete tab in-game. Scoring will follow the format below:

Among other requirements, players must have Two-Factor Authentication enabled and verified on their Epic account to participate, as well as be at Account Level 15 or above. (You can find your Account Level in Fortnite’s “Career” tab.) Players with Cabined Accounts are not eligible to participate in the Super Flakes Cup.
