Introducing Custom Lobbies for Games in Fortnite!

Custom game Lobbies are now in Fortnite! 

Starting with the v26.30 update, games and other experiences inside Fortnite will have their own dedicated Lobby. Experiences with their own Lobby include creator-made islands and experiences within the Fortnite Battle Royale game (e.g. Battle Royale, Zero Build, and Team Rumble).

New “Homebar” and More

Alongside custom Lobbies, v26.30 introduces related UI changes:

  • With the brand new Homebar, connect with friends as well as your recently played islands!

  • The Discover screen, where you can discover trending content, is now accessible by scrolling down on your keyboard or controller. Find your next favorite experience!

  • Every Lobby may be different, but no matter which Lobby you go to, you’ll have the same top navigation for you to access your Locker, Quests, and more!
