Triumph in Fortnite’s Thunderbolts Cup to Get White Widow in Your Web!
Marvel’s White Widow slips undetected into the world of Fortnite, with a look based on her comic book origins and a penchant for mac and cheese.
Think you’ve got what it takes to become the superspy and superantihero herself? Compete in the Thunderbolts Cup on April 25 for a chance to unlock the White Widow (Pen & Ink) Outfit before it hits the Shop!
White Widow will be joined in the Shop by more items from the new Thunderbolts Set on April 30 at 8 PM ET. Including the Winter Soldier (Pen & Ink) Outfit 🖋
Thunderbolts Cup
Get ready for a shocking showdown! The Thunderbolts Cup, a Duos Battle Royale tournament, will see teams strike down in search of victory. The top points-earning duos in each region will unlock the White Widow (Pen & Ink) Outfit early!
For earning 40 points, your duo will earn the White Widow Wrap, and for just 8 points, the Winter Soldier Wrap. These Wraps will be purchasable in the Shop too.
Competitors can play up to ten matches within their region’s three-hour time window, and the specific event timing for each region can be found in the “Compete” tab in-game. Scoring will follow the format below:

Among other requirements, players must have Two-Factor Authentication enabled and verified on their Epic account, and be at Account Level 50 or above to participate. (You can find your Account Level in Fortnite Battle Royale’s “Career” tab.) Players with Cabined Accounts are not eligible to take part in this tournament.

Bolting into the Shop

Match with White Widow (a.k.a. Yelena Belova)

Match with Winter Soldier (a.k.a. Bucky Barnes)
Drop the falling star of the Winter Soldier with the Armament Axe Pickaxe, fight for justice with Winter Soldier’s Spare Back Bling, and embrace steel-cold style with the Winter Soldier Wrap.
Sometimes all you need to inspire victory is a confident pose — the Armament Axe Pickaxe has the built-in Arm-Up Emote! Catch and hold the Axe valiantly, letting everyone know you’re ready for the fight.
