Formula Racing - Portimão (Map Update)

Updated Portimão to add and fix a few things including the thumbnail and lobby background, adjusted the map lighting, reduced vehicle fuel consumption (to negate the change epic made to the sports cars for chapter 7), and updated the pit lane garages
